Director Hayman was elected to the Montecito Water District in December of 2018. She began serving on the COMB Board in January, 2019.

Director Hayman is an attorney who previously practiced in areas of complex litigation and healthcare regulatory compliance on a national scale.
Former Board Member of the Montecito Association and served as Chair of the Land Use Committee.
She is a strong community advocate for Montecito and is involved with local non-profit organizations and academic institutions.
