Administrative Assistant II
The Cachuma Operation and Maintenance Board (COMB) is seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant II. Under general supervision, this position performs a variety of accounting and administrative related functions; prepares and analyzes data; provides routine and technical accounting and administrative support for all divisions; assists Administrative Manager / CFO with accounting, financial, budget and audit preparation and HR/Payroll related tasks as needed.
Ideal candidate would be responsible for general accounting and administrative tasks including: Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Month End Close, Balance Sheet Account Reconciliations, Financial Statement prep, Payroll/Benefits, Procurement, Contract Management, Grant Tracking and Assistance, and General Administrative Tasks.
