Bi-Weekly Salary $1,912.80 - $2,294.22

The Cachuma Operation and Maintenance Board is seeking a responsible individual to provide general administrative, secretarial and accounting support.  Ideal candidate would be responsible for but not limited to: preparation of board and committee meeting agendas and packets, records and transcribes minutes of meetings, maintain meeting schedules, arrange staff travel as needed, maintain/order office supplies, process and distribute daily mail, filing, copying, prepare correspondence, proofread and properly edit documents and correspondence.  Ability to process all aspects of accounting including accounts payable/receivable, reconcile bank accounts, purchase order processing and tracking, prepare 1099 forms, prepare and process employee benefits.
