Bi-Weekly Salary $1,859.90 - $2,230.77

The Cachuma Operation and Maintenance Board is seeking a responsible individiual to provide professional administrative and secretarial support to a Board of Directors. Ideal candidate would be responsible for: scheduling and attending Board and Committee meetings, preparing board and committee meeting agendas and packets, records and transcribes minutes of meetings, maintain current and future meeting schedules; prepare correspondence and memos, proofread and properly edit documents and correspondence; performs various office support duties to assist in coordination, processing and completion of routine and/or confidential administrative documentation; arrange for staff travel as needed; maintain/order office supplies, process daily mail and distribute, filing, copying; ability to process A/P and assist accounting department. This position reports directly to the Administrative Manager/CFO, and provides support for three Division Manager's, as well as the General Manager.  This is a fast-paced environment and requires a self-starter.  Must have working knowledge of Micorsoft Word, Excel, and other related Microsoft Office programs.  Valid CA driver's license and insurable driving record reuired.  See below for full Job Description, requirements and Job Application.  Resumes will not be accepted without a completed Job Application.
