SENIOR PROJECT COORDINATOR
Bi-Weekly Salary $3,046.39 - $3,653.85

Cachuma Operation and Maintenance Board (COMB) is seeking a responsible individual to plan and coordinate infrastructure improvement projects and work activities affiliated with the operation and maintenance of a large capacity water distribution system. 

The Senior Project Coordinator is responsible for planning, coordinating and completing work product related to the implementation of the Infrastructure Improvement Plan program of work.  Duties include, but are not limited to, the following: coordinate and administer the development of capital improvement projects, including the development
of project descriptions, requests for proposals (RFP’s), contract administration, environmental compliance, permit acquisition, preparation of bid documents, consultant / contractor coordination, and project file organization
; act as a liaison between the public and federal, state and local governmental agencies and utilities in operation and maintenance, rights-of-way and encroachment issues; coordinate the drafting and issuance of project proposals, RFPs, budgets, and preliminary schedules; work with contractors, permit holders and landowners to determine best project designs and coordinate projects from inception through completion; plan projects and obtain necessary permits and approvals from regulatory agencies; prepare project cost estimates and budgets; tracks project expenditures; and perform rated duties as assigned.

This position reports directly to the Operations Division Manager. This is a fast-paced environment and requires a self-starter. A candidate must have working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and other related Microsoft Office programs. Valid CA driver's

ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT II (TEMP TO PERM OPPORTUNITY)
Bi-Weekly Salary $2,024.35 - $2,428.02

The Cachuma Operation and Maintenance Board (COMB) is seeking a responsible individual to provide professional administrative and secretarial support to the Board of Directors and COMB management.

Ideal candidate would be responsible for: scheduling and attending Board and Committee meetings, preparing board and committee meeting agendas and packets, records and transcribes minutes of meetings, maintain current and future meeting schedules; prepare correspondence and memos, proofread and properly edit documents and correspondence; assists in updating and maintaining administrative manuals, policy creation and standard operating procedures, monitors and maintains agency website; performs various office support duties to assist in coordination, processing and completion of routine and/or confidential administrative documentation; arrange for staff travel as needed; maintain/order office supplies, process daily mail and distribute, filing, copying; ability to process A/P and assist accounting department.

This position reports directly to the Administrative Manager/CFO, and provides support to the General Manager, as well as three Division Managers. This is a fast-paced environment and requires a self-starter. Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and other related Microsoft Office programs.
