ADMINISTRATIVE MANAGER
$3,774.98 - $4,527.73 Bi-Weekly

The Cachuma Operation & Maintenance Board (COMB) is seeking an Administrative Manager to develop, plan and monitor general, administrative and special projects budgets; organize and direct fiscal and financial accounting, oversee all functions of accounts payable/receivable, annual audits, and payroll reporting.  Responsible for human resources and personnel related policies, procedures and applicable laws; develops and updates public agency policies and procedures; assists General Manager with protection of assets and maintenance of budget controls; develop and implement appropriate risk management policies and procedures; supervises Administrative support staff; serves as Treasurer-Auditor Controller of the COMB Board.  This is a fast-paced environment that requires a self-starter.  Bachelor's degree in accounting, business administration or closely related field required; Master's degree preferred.  Valid CA driver's license and insurable driving record required.  Excellent benefits package.  Email or mail completed application to Adelle Capponi, Administrative Assistant III.  Email to acapponi@cachuma-board.org. ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT I
$1,893.86 - $2,271.50 Bi-Weekly


The Cachuma Operation & Maintenance Board is seeking a responsible individual to provide general administrative, secretarial and accounting support.  Ideal candidate would be responsible for but not limited to: preparation of board meeting agendas and packets, records and transcribes minutes of board and committee meetings, maintain meeting schedules; arrange staff travel as needed; maintain/order office supplies, process daily mail and distribute, filing, copying, prepare correspondence, proofread and properly edit documents and correspondence; ability to process all aspects of accounting including accounts payable/receiveable, reconcile bank accounts, purchase order processing and tracking, prepare 1099 forms, prepare and process employee benefits; performs various office support duties to assist in coordination, processing and completion of routine and/or confidential administrative operations.  This position reports directly to the Administrative Manager.
